الاسترجاع
لا تتوفر خدمة الاسترجاع أو استرداد قيمة الطلب. جميع المبيعات نهائية بعد إتمام الطلب.
الاستبدال
يمكن استبدال العباية بمقاس آخر فقط خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب، وفق الشروط التالية:
* أن تكون العباية بحالتها الأصلية، غير مستخدمة أو مغسولة أو معطرة.
* المحافظة على البطاقات والتغليف الأصلي للمنتج.
* أن يكون المقاس المطلوب متوفرًا.
* يتحمل العميل رسوم التوصيل الخاصة بعملية الاستبدال.
في حال استلام منتج بعيب في التصنيع أو بمقاس مختلف عن المقاس المطلوب، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب.
نوصي بالاطلاع على جدول المقاسات قبل إتمام الطلب لضمان اختيار المقاس الأنسب لكِ.

Returns
We do not offer returns or refunds. All purchases are final once the order has been placed.
Exchanges
We offer size exchanges only within 3 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
* The abaya must be in its original condition and must not have been worn, washed, or scented.
* All original tags and packaging must remain intact.
* The requested size must be available.
* Exchange delivery fees are the customer’s responsibility.
If you receive an abaya with a manufacturing defect or a size different from the one ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We recommend reviewing our size guide before placing your order to ensure you select the most suitable size.
